Map HESA Verifiers to Grading Scheme Awards in Reference Data

To map a classification in Reference Data:

1. Click the Reference Data button on the System ribbon.

   

   The Reference Data screen is displayed.

2. Select Grading Schemes from the Types panel.

   

3. Select a row from the Grading Schemes grid with a Scheme Type of AWARD (Award Level).

   

4. Select the relevant a row in the Grades grid.

   

5. Click the Classification button on the Admin Commands ribbon.

   

   The HESA Yearly values window is displayed.

   

6. Click the Add button.

   

7. Select a Funding Year and a HESA Code value from the relevant drop-down lists.

   

8. Click Save & Exit to return to reference data.

To map a qualification awarded in Reference Data:

1. Click the Reference Data button on the System ribbon.

   

   The Reference Data screen is displayed.

2. Select Grading Schemes from the Types panel.

   

3. Select a row from the Grading Schemes grid with a Scheme Type of AWARD (Award Level).

   

4. Select the relevant a row in the Grades grid.

   

5. Click the Qualification Awarded button on the Admin Commands ribbon.

   

   The HESA Yearly values window is displayed.

   

6. Click the Add button.

   

7. Select a Funding Year and a HESA Code value from the relevant drop-down lists.

   

8. Click Save & Exit to return to reference data.
